Here is a list of Frequently Asked Questions to help you gather some more information about PMRC.
Food & Drink
Yes. It is your responsibility to greet the driver at the front gate.
Yes. You are welcome to bring outside food & drink to the pool. We ask that no glass is brought onto the pool deck for safety reasons.
No and Yes. No food is allowed in the pool or on the pool edge. Covered beverages are allowed in the pool as long as handled responsibly.
Guests
Yes. Any member can bring a guest for $6. Out of Town Guests (+ 50 miles from the pool location) can join members for free a maximum of 7 times for the pool season. The member must be with the guest the duration of their time at the pool.
No. There is not a day pass; however, anyone can be a guest of a member. Member’s guest must be with the member while at the pool and pay $6. If the guest is out of town (+50 miles from pool location) they may enjoy the pool with the member for a maximum of 7 visits.
Membership
No you do not. We welcome members from all over the surrounding area and invite anyone to join.
Parties
Yes. Although we will no longer take reservations for a party, you are welcome to host one at the pool during regular hours of operation. All guests (swimming and non swimming) will be charged a $5 fee. You are welcome to bring outside food and drink and use and decorate any area (within reason) not occupied by members.
No. The pool is not available to rent for private events; however, members are welcome to host a party at the pool during regular hours. All guests (swimming and non-swimming) are $5 for the day or event. You are welcome to decorate and use any area not already being used by members. Outside food and drink are always allowed.
Pool Hours
Yes and no. Members ages 9+ are allowed to be at the pool without a supervised adult given they passed the swim test. Lifeguards and Concession Stand workers will monitor for safety, but are not responsible for them remaining on premises. Also, if a minor is causing harm to self, or others, or consistently disrespectful to others they may be asked to only return when supervised by an adult pool member.
PMRC pool opens for the season Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend.

Sunday: 10:30 am – 8:00 pm
Monday: 10:30 am – 8:00 pm
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 10:30 am – 8:00 pm
Thursday: 10:30 am – 8:00 pm
Friday: 10:30 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday: 10:30 am – 9:00 pm
Swim Team
Yes and No. PMRC members are not required to pay the pool fee associated with the swim team membership.
Yes. The swim team practices at the pool as well as hosts 2 – 3 swim meets at the PMRC pool. Swim team practices and meets change every season; however, practices are typically in the mornings (prior to pool opening) and two evenings a week. Members can use the pool while the swim team is practicing as one main lane, as well as the diving area and baby pool will be available to all members. Meets are held on Saturdays typically from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm. Swim team schedules are shared with members as soon as available to PMRC.
Yes. The Pembroke Meadows Marlins swim at the PMRC pool; however, the pool and swim team are two separate entities. All swim team applications and procedures are handled directly through the swim team.
